The Governor hinted that the action of the Imo State University lecturers would be looked into to see whether it was done in good faith or it was an act of sabotage or blackmail since the state government has been living up to its responsibilities to the University since it came on board in 2011.

Governor Okorochas also explained that the economy of the country is a very precarious condition and that since independence the country’s economy has not been as bad as it is at the moment, adding that the incoming President, General Muhammadu Buhari needs the fervent prayers and support of Nigerians to turn things around for better.
