Eze Onuoha also urged other traditional rulers to see their involvement in government as a call to service .
“Traditional Rulers are the Chief Security Officers of their communities. There is no traditional ruler that does not know the armed robbers and kidnappers in their communities. We have not recorded any robbery or kidnap cases in Osuama because the righteous is on the throne. Therefore I urge the state government to provide vehicles to autonomous communities for effective community policing.”
He commended Gov. Okorocha for his laudable and monumental achievement within one year in office such as free education, massive road construction, Health-At-Your-Door-Step, re-introduction of agriculture and massive infrastructural projects across the state. According to him “the ascension of the governor is divine and not by zoning or god-fatherism. The masses stood behind him because they needed a change and that is why he cannot afford to disappoint them. When he promised free education some people said it was not possible but today free education is a reality in Imo state.
